I thought the hotel was so much better than i expected for what i paid? the staff were amazing and very friendly! nothing seemed like too much trouble for them. I always returned to a refreshed room, where the tea and coffee supplies were restocked, and the bed was neatly made, i liked that a lot. it's also just a quick five minute walk to the pier and the town, such a perfect location.
The shower temperature was a bit tricky. I only got hot water when i also turned on the sink hot tap, a bit inconvenient. the chimney outside my window made it hard to open it without a funny smell.

The team really work well together. The manager, steve, is a friendly and helpful guy and ray at the front desk is equally friendly and cute! the cleaning staff are great and always keep everything super clean.

Breakfast was awesome, i had expected just a continental option but instead, i received a very full english breakfast! the dining service was really good, i was so happy. the food tasted good. I will remember it.

The hotel offers free on site parking, but it operates on a first come, first served basis. I found the parking very convenient. the reception is staffed 24 hours, which gives me peace of mind and means i can always get assistance if needed!

The hotel is conveniently located just a short 5 to 10 minute walk from the railway station, easy to arrive and depart. The seafront is also just 5 minutes away. the beach is accessible within a 5 minute walk, that's perfect!

The staff ensured i had a seamless check-in process. the room was well-kept and included all expected amenities. i found breakfast to be both convenient and satisfying. The offerings included fresh pastries and fruit. the short walk to the seafront was certainly a plus.
the limited parking near the hotel was inconvenient, though i did manage to find a spot eventually.

The location is excellent, just a short walk to the beach. I also appreciated the freshly cooked breakfast with many options. The staff was friendly and cute.
